Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Since Super Lawyers is intended to be used as an aid in selecting a lawyer, it limits the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public. A complete description of the selection methodology can be found at http://www.superlawyers.com/about/selection_process.html. No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Druckman has also been certified by The Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney since 1996. In order to be certified, an attorney must demonstrate extensive and substantial experience as a trial attorney; successfully complete a rigorous examination; and be recognized by his peers (including Judges and other attorneys) as having sufficient skills and reputation. Mr. Druckman successfully completed all these requirements and has been continuously re-certified by the Supreme Court since 1996.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Druckman was a litigation attorney for an insurance company handling the defense of personal injury cases. Having had the advantage of working for "the other side", Mr. Druckman is keenly aware of the techniques utilized by the insurance companies and their defense lawyers to minimize payments to injured clients. Mr. Druckman uses this "insider knowledge" to great advantage in representing his clients, enabling him to obtain maximum recoveries for his clients.
