Daniel Druckman
Daniel is a dedicated attorney who advocates for injured people and stands up to powerful insurance companies. He handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile and truck accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, premises liability claims, and workers’ compensation cases.
A second-generation attorney, Daniel has worked alongside his father, Jonathan Druckman, since 2016. He has represented clients throughout New Jersey, including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, and Union counties. His experience includes trying cases in New Jersey Superior Court and arguing before the New Jersey Appellate Division. He has obtained significant results for the firm’s clients through trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Daniel graduated from Williams College in Massachusetts in 2015, earning a bachelor’s degree with a double major in economics and political science. While at Williams, he was a member of both the swim and water polo teams. He subsequently earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2019, graduating cum laude. During law school, Daniel served as an intern for the Honorable Arnold L. Natali in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. He also participated in Moot Court and served on the Moot Court Board. Daniel was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2019.
Beyond the courtroom, Daniel has a particular interest in the evolving relationship between technology and personal injury law. As autonomous vehicles and rideshare services such as Tesla, Uber, and Lyft transform transportation, new legal questions arise concerning negligence, liability, and insurance coverage. Daniel follows these developments closely, recognizing the importance of understanding how emerging technologies affect the rights of injured individuals.
